The Plaza at Black River Rome, NY

The Plaza at Black River Rome, NY: This plaza in Rome was completely vacant for a number of years. In 2008 National Structures started construction to completely remodel the center and then later add two free standing buildings in the front parking lot. We started with building Easy Home Lease-to-Own, following with Planet Fitness, Pet Depot, Tallman Tire, and then finally Herb Philipson’s flag ship store. Later from the ground up we built the Metro Mattress and then 5 Guys Burger and Fries as out parcels at the edge of the parking lot.
