I have known Dominick Madia, the Owner of National Structures, Inc. nineteen years. I cannot say enough about Dominick Madia and his firm, National Structures, Inc.

Since 1985 I have had built nine restaurants including five Arby’s freestanding units, two mall location and two in-line Papa John’s. Since meeting Dominick in 1990, National Structures built three of my last four restaurants. That says it all! 

What stands out to me, talking about National Structures, is project coordination, speed of construction and quality or work. I think the key to National Structures success is Dominick and his team of Job Superintendents. The jobs are well coordinated and seem to flow effortlessly. The first job I did with Dominick was an Arby’s mall location. This store was built in two weeks to meet mall-opening deadlines. The second store I built was a freestanding Arby’s that was constructed in only forty-five days (from the date a shovel went in the ground until opening). Unprecedented! This store was completed in 1999 and looks as good as new today (nine years old). The third store was an inline Papa John’s that took only two weeks to construct. This store was built over Thanksgiving, Hunting Season and Christmas, when nothing gets done, and opened December 28, 2008. Finally, National Structures quality to work is second to none. They do not cut corners and the stores look as good above the ceiling tiles as they do in the dining room. What I like best about National Structures is they stand by their work and are not done once they are paid. If something needs attention after the job is done, they think nothing about fixing the problem.

Because of my track record with National Structures, I have recommended them as preferred contractors to both Arby’s/Papa John’s Corporate as well as many franchisees.”
